Kristin Francoeur's more than eighteen years in the real estate industry has earned her a stellar reputation and the trust of her clients, many of whom become lifelong friends. Kristin has distinguished herself as a top producer consistently in the marketplace. Frequently featured on Real Trend's “America's Best Real Estate Professionals" list. Born and Raised in New York and Florida, and now resides in Manchester By The Sea, MA, Kristin holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and a Master’s Degree in Business.

Prior to her career in real estate, Kristin forged her sales and marketing capabilities at some of the most well-known consumer brands in the world. These capabilities have been channeled to her deep passion for architecture, and valuation bringing optimal outcomes to both buyers and sellers. Kristin left Corporate America to pursue a real estate career and achieved ~ $200 Million of real estate sold. Kristin is truly a full-service agent whose goal is to exceed clients' expectations.

My Story

Kristin is an active member of the community, participating in the Manchester Garden Club, Manchester Community Center Board Member, PTO, Executive Business Women of Boston, Manchester Women's Club, Women's Professional Association, Historical Society, Adult Council, American Legion, Chamber of Commerce, Manchester-Essex Middle and High School Council.
